Buying a ticket to a MGC events event means you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Tickets

Your ticket must to be shown at the entrance of the event as well as a valid ID and shall be presented if requested during the event.

Tickets bear names. Several people cannot share a ticket.
Tickets cannot be transfered from one person to another without the promoter's agreement.

Tickets are not exchangeable, nor refundable, even if lost or stolen. No duplicate will be delivered.

The ticket is under the responsibility of its owner. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or alteration on the ticket during the event.

Ticket price does not include transportation, meals or accommodation.

The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission or to expel anyone who would not respect these terms and conditions or would represent a threat or supposed threat to the guests without any refund.

Any participant under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Safety / respect of people and places

It is strictly forbidden to carry those things at the event:
- any dangerous object, projectile or weapon by nature or destination (article 132-75 CP), explosive, flammable or volatile substances ;
- any sign or banner of any size with a political, ideological, religious or advertising purpose ;
- any alcoholic drink and any illegal substance.

Smoking, drinking and eating are strictly forbidden inside the venue.

Participants must abstain from any action potentially harmful to the cleanliness, hygiene, safety or respect of the venue. It is strictly forbidden to litter the floor or furniture with paper, garbage or any other waste. Any damage of the furniture or the venue will be paid for by the author of said damage.

Participants must not, by their behavior, disturb or upset the progress of the event. Any disrespectful individual will be permanently expelled.

The entrance can be refused to any person not submitting to safety requirements when entering and once inside the venue.

Any departure from the venue (except for lunch break) is permanent except in exceptional cases explicitly validated by a staff member.

Visitors are to take every customary precaution regarding the surveillance of their bags, clothes or any other personal effects. The promoter will not be held responsible in the event of a loss or theft of any personal effect during the event.

Participants consent to being filmed, recorded or photographed during the event and consents to the use of his/her image.

Any commercial activity inside the venue will have to be explicitly validated by a staff member.


Cameras and video cameras

The use of cameras and video cameras will be permitted during the whole event but, for the guests well being, flash photos will be restricted.

Being photographed with a guest with your personal camera will be prohibited (photo sessions are made for that). The guest or any staff member will be entitled to refuse photos, including during the Meet & Greet, private meetings and VIP dinner. Any infringement can lead to a temporary confiscation of the involved material.

Questions & answers session

Cell phones will have to be turned off or on vibrating mode at all times during the Q&A sessions.

In order to not disturb guests, photos with flash will only be permitted during the first five minutes of the Q&A.

Guests are entitled not to answer a question they would find inappropriate.

Photo session

During the photo sessions, your ticket will be requested to be checked by a staff member.
Photos will be taken by a professional photographer.

Several people can share a photo, in that case, it will only count for one photo. Thus, if two persons share a photo with the guests, they will have the right to take two photos instead of one.

Photos taken during the event will be printed and given to the participants at the end of the event. They will also be sent by email in high resolution after the event.

Autograph signing

During the autograph signing, your ticket will be requested to be checked by a staff member.
Guests will be seated behind a table with their assistant.

In order to keep the waiting time to a minimum and allow everyone to spend as much time as possible with the guests, please write your name in capital letters on the back of your ticket.

For practical reasons, we ask you to give your gifts to the guests during the autograph signing only, not during the photo sessions or any other moment, except in exceptional cases explicitly validated by a staff member.

Schedule

The promoter reserves the right to modify the schedule without any warning in the event of force majeure.

The guests' appearances depend on their professional commitments. In no case will the promoter be held responsible for a cancellation by a guest.

If the event was to be cancelled, only the actual value of the ticket will be refunded. If the event was to be interrupted after half of the duration the ticket entails or if the promoter had to change the schedule, times or guest list, the ticket will not be refunded at all.
