The Biggest Gaming Event Around
MGC stands for Midwest Gaming Classic, the massive, annual gaming event that we have been hosting for 25 years. In 2025 we took up the entire south building at the Baird Center (375,000 sq ft) and welcomed 38,000 people to downtown Milwaukee. From this deep understanding of large events we have now expanded to offering some of our specialty items to others for their events. We have already done several smaller events where we have supplied arcade entertainment services to fundraisers, birthday parties, professional sports and corporate events.
A Wide Arcade Game Selection Available
MGC Events strives to be the best arcade entertainment services brand in the region. We offer a wide range of arcade machines for short and long term rental and placement. Our games include pinball machines that span the decades including many new game from the last decade. We also offer original retro arcade video games as well as multiplayer arcade cabinets we have reconstructed and run on the original game boards and hardware. We also offer rarer arcade games like Japanese Rhythm and Dance games. Our current available rental inventory can be found on the specific game genre pages.
The Most Arcade Entertainment for the Money
We have created pre-made packages that provide exciting arcade experiences as reasonable prices. Every rental will need staff and a form of transportation. In creating the packages we looked at those costs and how much space the games require plus the cost of the game rentals themselves. Standard-sized games are all available for all packages. Other games that are extremely heavy, expensive, or awkwardly large have an additional charge as they often require more staff and space when moving.
More Than Just Arcade Games
Since we have run the Midwest Gaming Classic for 25 years, we also have amassed a large catalog of home consoles and games, as well as other entertainment items. Some of these can also be added on to existing packages. As an example, one fundraiser had us bring a handful of home consoles and games that were great multiplayer activities for all ages. We have used Wii Sports at the baseball stadium as well as fundraisers because of its easy pick up and play design. Skee-ball is another classic arcade game that we have in stock and adds its own particular charm to any event. It’s also a great way to challenge event attendees if you want a little competitive spirit. Our team is also able to run structured gaming events within our rentals, like the home run derby challenge we held at the stadium.
