- Prevent guests from intentionally damaging or misusing equipment.
- Notify MGC Events of any venue-specific restrictions.
- Coordinate with MGC Events and provide direct contact information for the venue at least 14 days before the event, so that MGC Events may confirm access, setup requirements, and any logistical details.
- Inform MGC Events in advance of any stairs, narrow doorways, elevators, steep terrain, or other obstacles that could affect delivery or setup.
- While MGC Events will make every effort to deliver all reserved equipment, we are not responsible for any machines we are unable to deliver due to conditions outside of our control that were not disclosed in advance.
- In the event that a reserved game is unavailable due to mechanical failure, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances, MGC Events reserves the right to substitute the game with a similar or comparable option. Clients will be notified as early as possible of any changes to the game lineup.
